This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our invoice generation services on web and mobile platforms (Android and iOS). Your data privacy is our top priority — our mobile apps require no sign-in, and all your invoice data is stored locally on your device using Hive, a lightweight and secure on-device database.

Mobile App Privacy (Android & iOS)

Our mobile apps for Android and iOS are designed with privacy-first principles. The apps do not require an account or sign-in to use. All your invoice data is stored locally on your device using Hive, a lightweight and secure NoSQL on-device database. We do not transmit your invoice data to any server.

No Sign-In Required

You can use the full app without creating an account or signing in. We do not collect your name, email, password, or any personal credentials to use the app. Your identity remains completely anonymous. No authentication data is stored or transmitted.

Hive — Local On-Device Database

All your invoice data, client information, business details, and settings are stored locally on your device using Hive, a fast and secure NoSQL database that runs entirely offline. Your data never leaves your device. Hive stores data in encrypted boxes on your device's local storage, meaning:

All invoices, clients, and business data remain on your device
No cloud servers store your invoice data
Data is fully accessible offline without any internet connection
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data
You can clear all data anytime from within the app settings

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications such as daily invoice reminders and app updates. To deliver these notifications, the following data is collected:

FCM Registration Token: A unique device token assigned by Firebase to deliver push notifications to your device. This token does not contain personal data.
Device Type: Whether your device is Android or iOS, and the OS version.
App Version: The current version of the app installed on your device.
Timezone & Language: Used to send notifications at appropriate local times.

This data is stored securely in our backend database and is used solely for delivering push notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings. If you disable notifications, your FCM token is removed from our database. We do not use FCM tokens for advertising or tracking purposes.

App Permissions

We only request permissions that are necessary for the app to function:

Storage: For saving invoice PDFs to your device
Camera: For scanning documents or adding logo photos (optional)
Notifications: For receiving FCM push notifications (optional, can be disabled)
Internet: For FCM notification delivery only; invoice data is never transmitted

No Background Data Collection

Our mobile app does not collect or transmit data in the background. The only network request made is to register your FCM token for push notifications. All invoice operations occur locally on your device.

Offline Functionality

The app works fully offline. You can create, edit, manage, and export invoices without any internet connection. An internet connection is only needed to receive push notifications.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by using the "Clear All Data" option in the app settings. Uninstalling the app also permanently removes all locally stored Hive data from your device. To remove your FCM token from our notification server, simply disable notifications in the app settings or uninstall the app.
